When we were deciding how best to utilize the land on which Falcon Falls now sits, we wanted to preserve as much of the idyllic setting as possible. We wanted to retain the rolling hills, yet improve on the natural terrain. We wanted to create a development of “homes” for every size need - from apartment to patio home -with a commitment to quality and affordability. We envisioned a community with many “views”. . .from the fully-appointed clubhouse atop the development’s highest hill looking toward the Kansas City skyline to a neighborhood of homes designed for busy individuals and families wanting to enjoy a quality lifestyle, without the worry and stress of maintenance, to a “caring” community - coming together occasionally to celebrate good times or be a part of helping a good cause. And, incredibly, deer still graze - sometimes even on the clubhouse lawn!
